Ingredients
1/2 head lettuce
1 large tomato, cut into eighths
1 small onion, sliced
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
1/2 green pepper cut into thin strips
1/4 cup wheat sprouts
1/2 cup chopped cooked ham
1/4 cup strips of mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup strips of chicken or turkey

Wash lettuce, cut into bite-size pieces. Arrange all of the ingredients in a salad bowl.
