Ingredients

1 cup cornmeal
1-1/2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1-1/2 cup Kiefer or Buttermilk

1 large egg
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup prepared millet (if cold, mash with fork).

Cornbread

Add all dry ingredients, mix well. Add egg, oil, kiefer and millet. Mix well. Add to hot skillet with canola or other oil. Bake at 450°s for 20 - 25 minutes.
