Ingredients

1 cup millet flour
3/4 cup whole wheat or white flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

1 egg
3 Tbsp oil
1 cup milk
1/4 cup honey

Millet Bread

Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add egg, oil, milk, and honey. Mix well. Pour into a greased 8 inch square pan. Bake in a 400° oven for 20 - 25 minutes.
