Ingredients
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup white flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar
1/4 cup soft margarine
1 egg beaten
1 cup milk
3/4 cup prunes, pitted & cooked
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Prune Nut Muffins
Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, salt. Mix in margarine until fine crumbs are formed. Add egg and milk, mix and fold in prunes and nuts. Pour into greased muffin pans. Preheat oven to 425°, bake 15 - 20 minutes.
